How do I access State services online?
Through Casa do Cidadão and the Porton di Nôs Ilha portal, with in-person desks (Praia, Sal, São Vicente, and diaspora including Rotterdam), by phone (line 800 20 08) and online. Services: online certificates, NIF declaration, same-day company (Empresa no Dia), company-name certificate, criminal record.

Which licences does the municipality handle?
The municipality licenses, among others, construction works and retail commerce (simplified regime). Wholesale commerce and import/export are licensed by the Chambers of Commerce. Each council publishes its own forms, fees and deadlines.
